CEO GPS has an extensive background in the lead generation industry and with exclusive and shared verified tree service leads.
We provide traditional lead services like SEO, Emails, Social media, Content, and more while optimizing your website to generate and convert leads.
We also will manage your account lead generation services. We optimize your leads by keeping track of the Lead Source ID numbers and watching trends. If a source Id is terrible, we ask them to remove it. If you are closing a lot of leads from a source, we request that they increase those.
This will increase your contact rate, appointment set rate, and closing rate while increasing your closing percentage and saving you money.
We believe that using these two marketing channels will maximize your exposure and capture as much of the market as possible.
Now offering ping-post leads, we also set up your company with a lead delivery system to bid on leads wholesale against other lead services.
The breakdown of how things work:
The more you understand how leads and lead generation services work, the more efficiently you can use them.
Thousands of homeowners request roofing quotes on websites and landing pages searching for tree service contractors each month. Some of the landing pages and sites are set up to generate exclusive leads, promoting to send them the best contractor in the area to meet their home improvement needs. Other websites and landing pages focus on getting the home or business owner multiple quotes for free, which would be for the shared programs. Once potential customers submit, their information populates into a "ping-post" system. "ActiveProspect" defines "ping-post" as Ping-post is a method of selling leads based on providing (or “pinging”) potential buyers partial lead information and allowing buyers to bid on the partial lead. The winner is then given (or “posted”) the rest of the complete lead data. If the service you are with "wins" the bid on the lead and it matches your criteria, it is then delivered to you.
Depending on which service you decide to use, leads will vary in price, how many people they send it to (which is usually wildly inaccurate), quantity, quality, delivery, and how they treat bad leads for credits. However, most lead providers are generally very similar other than having a niche gimmick that makes them stand out. Some generate more of their leads and, for the most part, buy the rest of their leaders from the same lead aggregators. If you have worked with multiple lead generation companies at the same time, will now realize why you got the same lead from a few different lead services at the same time or in a short period. Lead generation services can also negotiate deals with quality lead aggregators to buy all of their traffic exclusively. This typically happens when the lead generation company sees the quality of leads the aggregator is producing has a very low return rate. A quality aggregator would be considered one whose "return rate of bad leads" is around 15% or less. These types of companies and services are constantly adding and dropping aggregators, which is why the lead quality fluctuates so dramatically. Each aggregator can be optimized. to some extent, depending on how the information is captured. Traffic captured through PPC on search engines and organic searches is the best quality out of the methods used by aggregators. While the majority of bad leads generated by these services come from telemarketing, solicitations, misleading landing pages, and information picked up from sweepstake ads, surveys, or click funnels. The leads generated this way are why so many leads don't answer the phone, are confused when you call, or are angry that you're calling.
What makes a lead generation service successful or not is how it is managed, unless it is just a really bad service. Some are on auto-pilot, while others take quite a bit of management. With my extensive background in lead generation, the National Accounts Manager, and being the founder and former owner of Conxpros, I can set up an account for nearly any service of your choice and make it work to be profitable.
The lead generation world is a very tight-knit community. After working in the industry for so long buying, selling, and generating leads, I have built relationships with nearly every lead generation service out there, including, HomeAdvisor, Angi, Craftjack, Networx, Conxpros, Porch, Thumbtack, and others. I can work with your account manager, on your behalf, to optimize your leads and improve the lead quality, get credits, and set up the account in a way that will work best to achieve your goals.
